@xfinity Your internet service is SO bad that every time I sit down to do school work for my online classes I get frustrated and end going to a coffee shop that had WiFi that actually works. If you didn’t have a monopoly in Colorado I wouldn’t put with with this BS.

@COSportsNut When you go into are Walmart the Xfinity people want to bombarde you with questions about what cable service you use . The minute you bring up Altitude they tell you it’s not their fault! We’ve used the same cable company for over 20 yrs. 1st one to get back altitude gets my $.

@Xfinity When are you guys gonna stop throttling upload speeds. I pay 150 bucks a month for a service I can only use sometimes. Idk how many customer service ppl i've gone through that can't seem to figure out what the issue is.

@comcast Maybe there are 10,000,000 people who just couldn't afford your services. Not to mention, once you're under contract you continue to raise your prices! And the final kicker is, if YOU try to cancel the contract, you are penalized with a bill for the remainder of your contract.

Anyone else ever have an issue with @xfinity where after you readjusted the wall cable and now the ONLY TWO channels you watched prior will NOT work. I can no longer watch MSG network or CBS after messing with the cable wall outlet. Help?!
