The two policemen, who are assigned to the north side task force, were taken into custody at 3:15 a.m. by Northlake police in a gas station at 70 E. North av. in the suburb. The two policemen were turned over to detectives of the internal investigations division in Chicago, who were continuing the investigation late yesterday.

Calvert Contacts Police Wayne Calvert, 19, of 58 E. North Northlake, had charged that the two were among three, and possibly four policemen who took part in the protest the Viet Nam war. The actor, born in Dracut, on March 20, 1914, had served as president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Philadelphia Kidney Plant Patient Dies Philadelphia, Nov. 8 (UPD Joseph Weiner, 47, a disabled restaurant worker who received the kidney of a slain policeman in a transplant operation last Friday, died early today in the Einstein medical center. The hospital said the probable cause of his death was related to his previous history of heart trouble.
